Wander, Grow, Wonder

Travel is mind-expanding. If I inspire you to leave your comfort zones and explore things near or far, I have achieved my aim.

Maybe I have a low boredom threshold. Actually, I don’t know what being bored is … Maybe I would if I spent more time staring out windows! But I figure there is a kaleidoscopic world out there. You may as well go see it while you can.

The landscapes and the people you encounter on your travels make your mind and outlook grow. While you look on in awe at the world outside, beyond your usual experiences, beliefs and comfort zone, and learn about other customs, languages and environments.

In short, travel transforms. As Montaigne said in the 16th century:

That we may whet and sharpen our wits by rubbing them against those of others.
